Tape Teeps set:

First, you need athletic tape (or some way to mark a wall temporarily) and a wall. You’re going to use it for your teep.  Mark one tape at waist level, one at chest level, and one at face level (if you’re flexible enough).

Wall punches:

This drill will keep your elbow from flaring out too wide and keep your straight punches honest. Make sure you’re in a proper fight stance. Line yourself with the wall (not touching the wall but close) and throw your jab. Then turn the other way and throw your right hand.
